The Pacific City project site is located on 31 acres in Huntington Beach. The overall project includes two phases: the residential and the commercial developments. The residential development includes four separate buildings with a total of 516 units. A typical building consists of one or two-story subterranean parking structures below and two four-story residential buildings above. The parking garages are reinforced concrete and masonry with the residential buildings wood.
