This 273,000 square foot, 14-story,
372-suite, full-service high-rise hotel will include
an atrium; meeting and conference space; lounge
and restaurant facilities; gift shop; deli; and
back-of-house functions and spaces. Supporting the
hotel is a 3-level, 350-space, subterranean parking
structure.
The project is
located in an area with a variety of office, retail,
and service-oriented businesses. Buildings in the
area range from low-rise office and commercial uses
to mid to high-rise office buildings and hotels.
Construction is to be completed in mid 2006. Construction
Budget $50,000,000.

Montage Hotel Enclave, Laguna

Project consists of a
new ocean-front luxury resort development, which
includes a 14-unit hotel and condominium. The
design of the resort is a modern adaptation of
craftsman style architecture. The residential
square footages per unit range from 2,800 to 3,000
square feet. There are two different buildings
consisting of two Type V, one-hour, and two story
wood framed buildings. Total elevated floor/room
is 41,546 feet. There are 262 guest rooms, including
51 suites, ranging from 800 to 2,800 square feet
and 37 bungalow style rooms.
The meeting facilities
are more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and
outdoor meeting space including a 7,500 square
foot ballroom; 3,200 square foot junior ballroom;
and three additional meeting rooms. The resort
includes a 20,000 square foot ocean front spa
with pool; 130 seat restaurant, bar, and grill;
and a 128 specialty restaurant.
In addition to the resort hotel, there is a residential
component consisting of seven ocean front lots,
seven ocean view lots and 14 luxury villas. Construction
costs for condominiums $24,000,000 and $120,000,000
for the hotel.

Hilton Hotel, San Gabriel, CA
This is the first
major hotel and retail development in the China
Town strip of the Los Angeles area. A $50 Million
dollar, five-star, 222-room hotel, which includes
27 suites with two restaurants, a banquet room,
ballroom, and a 2-story retail wing. The project
also involves a concrete bridge walk over the San
Gabriel River channel for a parking structure. The
Hilton also has the largest catering and private
dining facilities in the area, with a 12,524 square
foot ballroom and eight private dining rooms (breakout
rooms) that can be divided into twelve rooms. A
rooftop garden provides space for casual refreshments,
receptions or spectacular wedding ceremonies.
