Owen is a leader in energy engineering and sustainability, having designed and upgraded computerized energy management systems for over 20 years. The latest advances include web-based EMS interfaces, direct digital controls, fiber optics, “smart” point devices, and energy management systems interoperability.
We are committed to sustainable development in both the public and private sectors. We are working with new technologies in energy generation and searching for new ways to use energy and materials effectively and economically. Owen provides comprehensive LEED-certification services, incorporates as many LEED principles as possible, and helps guide the client through the process.
Our role as LEED Consultant includes serving as LEED Accredited Professionals and providing services required for LEED certification. LEED-related activities begin at the earliest phase of the project and continue through the project to the completion of construction, testing, and start-up.
